HERO® 2020 Quick Start Guide
1. Charge Battery
Connect USB cable to power source and device (1). Charging is complete when indicator light (2) turns off. Charge time: 2 hours. Note: CORE model is not equipped with electronics and does not need charged.

To remove: Press release lever (1) down then slide cartridge forward. To load: Align cartridge tabs into slots on device. Firmly slide cartridge towards rear. Release lever should return to original position. Test cartridge is secure by pulling forward on the cartridge.
3. Safety
Move safety switch to the vertical position to disengage. Stun light and laser aim assist automatically turn on (not applicable to CORE model). Caution: The trigger is now unlocked. Dual action trigger must be fully pulled back to fire.

Never aim at the face, neck, or spine. Stand within the ideal firing range of 12-21 feet. When safety is disengaged, stun light and laser turn on. Use laser to assist aim. To fire, fully pull back on the dual action trigger.
Trigger Function
When pulling the trigger, you’ll hear a clicking sound mid way through the pull. In order to fire, the trigger must be pulled fully. Watch our trigger operation video to see this mechanism in action.
